The hotel location was great, close to downtown shops and convenient for our activities, but the room was initially stuffy and hot and later had bugs in a non-smoking room. The service was wonderful, especially from the attentive and helpful staff working on room improvements. The dining options were limited, but the hotel is near popular attractions.

Upon arrival, I was a bit disappointed by the condition of the rooms; they had a musty odor and required several fixes like light bulbs, TV remote, and air conditioning. However, once everything was sorted out, I found the rooms clean and equipped with everything we needed, albeit showing some signs of age. The lack of a pool or breakfast bar was a downside, as well as the overflowing garbage cans outside attracting bugs and gnats. On the bright side, the location was convenient for navigating around the area and the service, particularly from Chris the manager, was exceptional, despite some delays in room readiness.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the place was clean, very quiet, and located in a nice area. However, there were several issues with the room that needed fixing before we could relax, like the TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and even the hairdryer. The ice machine wasn't working properly, and the lack of amenities like a pool or breakfast bar was disappointing. The outside surroundings were not well-maintained, with overflowing garbage cans and bugs inside and outside the room. It was definitely not a pleasant start to our stay.
